Shipping

Standard shipping in Australia starts at $10, with express or international shipping starting at $15. While processing, production, and postage time frames can vary, we do our best to ensure the quickest turnaround on each order. At most, it may take up to 10 days for processing and printing, but orders throughout metropolitan Australia are usually delivered within one to two weeks of being placed.

In the unlikely event that there is an error due to the couriers that we use we cannot take responsibility. If you order with express shipping and your location is rural, international or not covered by Australia Post, then we cannot take responsibility for shipping timeframes.

We’re confident that you’ll love our quality products but want to give you peace of mind as well. Please note that once an order has been placed it cannot be edited or canceled so carefully check the details and sizes before ordering. - The date of your purchase
- The order number
- What you would like to return
- An explanation of why, including a photo if there is fault/damage

If returning due to fault or damage, returns can only be accepted within 14 days. We also cannot accept returns with noticeable wear or makeup stains.
