Extra Nos is a Latin saying from the Reformation, meaning ‘outside of us’ - a reminder of where we find hope for salvation. We cannot look within ourselves or to our own efforts or abilities, nor anything revealed merely through human ideas or insight. It’s only by looking outside of ourselves to the life and death of Jesus Christ that we are able to receive freedom from sin, by grace and through faith alone. 

Where do the people around you look for security and hope? Is it primarily within themselves, or dependent on other human wisdom or ability? This design is an opportunity to share about the hope of new life found in the person of Jesus, who answers the questions of both ‘who’ and ‘how’ for those searching for salvation.

Details

This hoodie has a regular fit and is made from mid-weight, 290 GSM anti-pill fleece for warmth and comfort. It’s crafted from 80% cotton and 20% polyester, with raglan sleeves, a lined hood, tonal drawcord, a kangaroo pocket and sleeve cuff ribbing. It is pre-shrunk to help reduce shrinkage.

How to Measure

  • Lay an existing t-shirt flat.
  • Body Width: Measure 3cm below armpit, from one side to the other.
  • Body Length: Measure from the top of the shoulder to the bottom of the t-shirt.

  • Machine wash cold (inside out)
  • Do not bleach
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Do not dry clean
  • Warm iron (inside out)
  • Line dry in shade
