In John 16:33, soon before He is arrested, Jesus says “I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.” Through mourning and grief - even for Jesus’ disciples when His death was imminent - and even still for our lives today, we can have peace knowing that Jesus has overcome. Jesus doesn’t promise freedom from trouble in this world, but when He rose from the grave he won a lasting victory over death and sin and a secure hope for those who trust in Him.

This message of hope is so important when our lives, and the world around, us can seem so far from peace. What does peace mean for the people you talk with? Is it a surpassing peace that transcends all understanding? How could you tell others about your own encounter with the hope of the Gospel, and the victory that Jesus has won on the cross?

Details

Made from soft 180 GSM 100% cotton, this t-shirt is comfortable with a modern fit. It has shoulder-to-shoulder taping to help keep its shape, and double needle stitching on the hem and sleeves for extra durability. Pre-shrunk to help reduce shrinkage.

How to Measure

  • Lay an existing t-shirt flat.
  • Body Width: Measure 3cm below armpit, from one side to the other.
  • Body Length: Measure from the top of the shoulder to the bottom of the t-shirt.

  • Machine wash cold (inside out)
  • Do not bleach
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Do not dry clean
  • Warm iron (inside out)
  • Line dry in shade
