Immanuel is Hebrew for ‘God with us’, and when the first chapter of Matthew refers to Jesus with this name it is referencing a prophecy from the book of Isaiah. The name reminds us that Jesus came to earth as a human, living the perfect life we could not and dying in our place to redeem us from sin and death. Because He lived as a human He knows what it is to feel temptation or be abandoned, to cry and to hurt. We have a God who we know can sympathise with us, a saviour who has walked as a human and intimately knows our pain. A God who cares, and who is with us. Immanuel!

When people hear the word ‘God’ what kind of image do they get in their head? Is it an old man playing the harp on a cloud? An abstract, impersonal force? Details

Made from soft 180 GSM 100% cotton, this t-shirt is comfortable with a modern fit. It has shoulder-to-shoulder taping to help keep its shape, and double needle stitching on the hem and sleeves for extra durability. Pre-shrunk to help reduce shrinkage.

How to Measure

  • Lay an existing t-shirt flat.
  • Body Width: Measure 3cm below armpit, from one side to the other.
  • Body Length: Measure from the top of the shoulder to the bottom of the t-shirt.

  • Machine wash cold (inside out)
  • Do not bleach
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Do not dry clean
  • Warm iron (inside out)
  • Line dry in shade
